1.Returns

1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition not be eligible for returns.

1.2 Time Limit: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, we may not be able to accept your return request.

1.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@epazotoi.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence such as photographs, if applicable. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

1.4 Return Shipping: The return shipping fee will be covered by the Epazo Toi, but if the return is due to the customer’s reasons, then the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

1.5 Packaging: Ensure that all components of all items being returned are thoroughly sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging material.All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items returned in other than “like new” condition will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover repairs or part replacement. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

2.Refunds

2.1 Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 of days and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

2.2 Refund Exceptions: Certain situations may limit or void your eligibility for a refund. These include returned items that are not in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged due to customer misuse.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on gift cards, downloadable products, or items that are specified as non-refundable on our website.The following products of orders do not qualify for refund:
(1)Custom, Special Order or Made-to-Order Products: please check individual product pages for confirmation.
(2)Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified, or used in any way.
(3)Any item without original packaging.
(4)Items sold as final sale (e.g. Closeout and Open Box) products.
(5)Items delivered/received more than 30 days ago.

2.4 After your request has been granted, you will receive your refund within 3-7 days.

NOTE: Regardless of whether your final payment includes postage, when refunding, we will fully refund the amount you paid, without deducting the postage at the time of delivery. However, you need to pay the shipping costs for your return.

3.Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this time, you will not be able to cancel the order by yourself. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we may be able to cancel your order.(Our Email:contact@epazotoi.com)

Note that many items that are non-returnable cannot be cancelled.

If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify. Shipping companies only accept shipping damage claims within one week after delivering the product. Therefore, you will be responsible for any cost related to the shipping damage if you do not contact us within one week.. The responsibility to inspect items upon delivery (and prior to scheduling installation) falls on the customer.
